Responsibilities
• Assist the Project Manager and geographic Project Execution Leadership team in coordinating project activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
• Support the gathering and organization of project-related information, including documentation, reports, and meeting minutes, to facilitate effective communication and decision-making.
• Coordinate preliminary resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure readiness for project execution activities.
• Schedule and facilitate project meetings, including preparation of agendas, distribution of materials, and documentation of action items and follow-up tasks.
• Assist in tracking project progress, milestones, and expenditures, providing regular updates to stakeholders and identifying potential risks or issues for timely resolution.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to procure necessary resources and services for project implementation, ensuring adherence to budgetary and quality standards.
• Support the implementation of project management tools and processes, contributing to the continuous improvement of project execution efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination or project management within the energy, construction, or related industry.
• Proven track record of successfully supporting the execution of large-scale projects, preferably in the pipeline or energy sector.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
