Responsibilities
- Prepare, revise, and review the various engineering documents including but not limited to equipment specifications and manuals, datasheets, SOPs, etc.
- Supervise the construction, installation and commissioning of assigned projects.
- Collaborate with other engineers to implement systems for the manufacturing process.
- Identify and choose the suitable machinery for the manufacturing process and manage vendors to optimize equipment specifications and design.
- Identify the potential hazards, ensure compliance with safety regulations and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with other Engineering teams to integrate the precursor cathode materials manufacturing process during the project lifecycle.
- Execute the project within the agreed scope, planning and budget.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the manufacturing process and implement improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in project engineering preferably in the development of manufacturing processes or similar chemical processes.
- In depth knowledge of control systems and equipment design.
- Familiarity with Filtration and Dust control systems.
- Familiarity with Heat Recovery and Energy Conversion methods.
- Possess strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects with attention to detail and focus on quality and safety.
