In short, the role of project manager consists of planning, coordinating, and directing all phases of a vast institutional design-build project. Coordinate the various multidisciplinary teams, including each architect, engineer, and subcontractor.
Resolve the technical challenges inherent to the design-build method.
Ensure constant and safe quality monitoring on the construction site.
Qualifications
To excel in these functions, we are looking for a passionate individual with a good overall vision:
Possess 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in building construction.
Have strong, demonstrable expertise in pre-construction as well as in the design-build mode.
Hold a background or training in architecture, engineering, or possess equivalent practical experience in the field.
Demonstrate excellent team management skills and fluid communication with the various stakeholders.
Showcase an excellent sense of organization and a great ability to adapt to unforeseen events.
