In this key role as a construction project manager, you will assume overall management of an ambitious construction site dedicated to multi-residential towers and senior living residences (RPA) featuring 7 to 27 stories of concrete structure. By joining our network through Randstad Operational and its industrial management specialization, you will take charge of stimulating projects valued between $40M and $120M, orchestrating every phase from initial development and estimating to full occupancy handoff.
On a daily basis, the selected construction project manager will maintain a high working tempo while fostering a healthy collaborative culture. Within the mandates managed through Randstad Operational and industrial management, you will oversee quality control, mentor on-site superintendents, and conduct deep financial analysis of operations. • Proactively identify and manage technical and financial risks associated with real estate execution phases.

Requirements
• University degree in engineering or architecture, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Minimum of 3 to 8+ years of relevant experience working for a general contractor or developer-builder.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience on multi-story concrete tower construction sites (multi-residential or senior housing).
• Full availability to work 100% in person on the construction site located in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville.
• LEED certification is considered a strong asset for the project.
