Our client is looking for a Project/Program Scheduling Manager having experience in managing the schedule of mega projects in coordination with Project Managers, EPCM partners and Contractors. If you have Project Scheduling experience in major industrial projects (preferably manufacturing), this is great opportunity for you.

Responsibilities
- Review, monitor and challenge EPCM Level 1 to 4 schedules and Construction Contractors' Level +5 schedules.
- Review and confirm EPCM Progress against actual deliverables.
- Develop schedules for project commissioning.
- Prepare progress reports such as S-curves, histograms, target settings, variance reports, etc.
- Ensure the reporting format and data meets the global reporting requirements in the Project reporting system (Plainsware).
- Report the project time lines and integrated master planning.
- Support the cost controlling of the projects and propose improvements as appropriate.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or any related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience as Lead Project Controls and working on MS Project/Primavera P6/Plainsware
- Knowledge of Engineering deliverables, working of EPCM environment and hands on project planning experience in mega projects is a must
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lead and presentation skills
- Highly confident, passionate, clear and assertive personality
- Ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines.
- Collaborative and team player with a positive attitude who is not afraid to accept mistakes and takes ownership.
