Responsibilities
ď‚§Develop and complete RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and other proposal materials to support sales and revenue growth.
ď‚§Manage the full proposal production process, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with firm standards.
ď‚§Research and draft content using internal databases and SME input.
ď‚§Collaborate with SMEs across the organization to obtain and verify information.
ď‚§Work with Compliance and Legal to secure required approvals.
ď‚§Serve as an internal resource for global sales and marketing teams.
ď‚§Support team wide projects and ad hoc requests.
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree required (business, marketing, communications preferred).
•2–4 years of financial services experience; proposal writing experience strongly preferred.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Strong attention to detail, organization, and project management abilities.
•Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
•Strong analytical skills and ability to identify inconsistencies in data.
•Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe applications.
•Familiarity with Proposal/RFP Systems (Qvidian (preferred), Loopio, Responsive, etc.)
