Under the direction of the procurement and inventory department, and in collaboration with the administrative and accounting departments, your mission will be to manage purchasing requests and ensure follow-up.

Responsibilities
• Process purchasing requests in our systems
IT
• Ensure compliance with the purchasing conditions by the supplier
with regard to quantities, quality, prices, conditions
delivery and take corrective action if necessary.

• Coordinate the tracking of orders, their receipt and
delivery times to suppliers and communicate
the deadlines for the various internal workshops.
• Manage product inventory levels and rate of
inventory turnover
• Update inventory
• Communicate with administrative and accounting services
Qualifications
• Ability to work in a changing environment
• Bilingual (several group entities are located in Ontario)
• Knowledge of Excel software and the Microsoft suite
• Rigor and attention to detail
• Good management of priorities
• Ease of communication
• Autonomous
