Experience building job levels, performance review systems, and compensation programs is preferred. • Manage and assist the team in employee relation matters with managers on performance and/or disciplinary issues.• Develop and continuously update employee engagement initiativesQualifications• Post-secondary education in HR, Business or related fields.
