      The Transversal Foundations Department of Client Relations Centers is looking for experts to support its mandate, which is to innovate, maintain vigilance, direct and support the implementation of transversal technological solutions in customer relations centers. .As part of the evolution of the Customer Relationship Center (CRC) ecosystem, several initiatives are underway to enhance the call referral platform.
