Responsibilities
- Set up the QMS SharePoint in coordination with relevant departments.
- Ensure QMS governance including document review, system updates, and change management.
- Support quality certification processes, internal and external audits and PPAP.
- Participate in development and improvement of Process FMEA's And control plan.
- Standardize templates for QMS documentation and provide training, feedback and support to other site departments.
- Ensure QMS adherence to global standards and customer requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or relevant field with 3+ years experience in planning QMS (set up and operation) and Quality Control.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and VDA
- Knowledge of SharePoint development and tools used in operational excellence such as lean 6 Sigma, VSM, TOC, TPM, 5S)
- Working knowledge of PowerBi is a plus
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical thinker and a problem solver with "Can do" mentality
