Are you ready to step into a pivotal role that bridges site operations, corporate real estate, and physical security? We are seeking an action-oriented specialist to oversee site compliance, drive quality assurance, and elevate physical security standards. This is not an on-the-ground security guard position; rather, it is a strategic administrative, coordination, and advisory role where you will work hand-in-hand with guard service providers and real estate teams to ensure operational excellence.

If you thrive in a dynamic environment, excel at building cross-functional relationships, and take pride in maintaining seamless organizational standards, this high-impact mandate with a market-leading financial institution is your opportunity to shine.
Title: Real Estate Operations Coordinator
Contract Type: 12-Month Temporary Mandate (with potential for extension)
Start Date / Duration: ASAP / 12 Months
Training: Provided on-site during onboarding

Real Estate Alignment: Support and coordinate physical security workflows related to corporate real estate projects, office modifications, and site changes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Maintain effective vendor relations with third-party guard service providers and collaborate smoothly with internal real estate and security stakeholders.
Standards & Deadline Oversight: Enforce operational deadlines, corporate policies, and regulatory standards across all site service requests.
Continuous Improvement: Identify operational gaps and actively contribute to process optimization for site security operations.
Qualifications
Bring experience in physical security operations, guard service coordination, administration, or high-volume customer service.
Hold advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities to identify operational gaps, review compliance metrics, and drive corrective action plans.
Possess superior written and verbal communication skills paired with a collaborative, team-first mindset.
Display high organizational rigor, self-direction, and the ability to manage multiple tight deadlines under pressure.
Commit to the required hybrid schedule, including rotation coverage for 1 weekend, 2 evenings, and 2 night shifts monthly.
English proficiency is an asset to support collaboration with national partners.
Summary
The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive coordinator with strong critical thinking skills and a background in security administration, customer service, or real estate support.
