- Salary of $20/hour
- 40-hour week from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Responsibilities
- Receive and route incoming calls and take messages as required
- Greet visitors
- Sort and forward e-mails
- Act as central point for Canada Post, Purolator, etc.
- Coordinate working lunches and room set-up
- Other related administrative tasks
Qualifications
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
- Good command of French and English (spoken and written)
- Good command of the Microsoft Office suite
- DEP in secretarial studies (an asset)
