Responsibilities
Professional Greeting: Warmly welcome visitors, clients, and business partners upon their arrival.
Switchboard Management: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
International Customer Support: Respond to general inquiries via phone or email.
Administrative Support: Manage incoming/outgoing mail, coordinate courier shipments, and perform various data entry or filing tasks.
Access Control: Monitor the reception area access in compliance with company security protocols.
Qualifications
Bilingualism Essential: Flawless command of both French and English (written and spoken). Fluent English is mandatory, as you will regularly communicate with clients, suppliers, and partners located outside of Canada.
Experience: Previous experience in customer service, reception, or an administrative support role.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, outstanding people skills, courtesy, and a professional demeanor at all times.
Stress Management: Ability to handle a variable call volume and multitask efficiently with a positive attitude.
Asset: A passion for or prior experience in the travel or aviation industry.
