Responsibilities
Month-End Close: Prepare and post monthly journal entries, revenue accruals, OPEX accruals, and adjusting entries in a timely manner.
Account Reconciliations: Prepare and review comprehensive reconciliations across Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), expense accounts, and balance sheet accounts.
Billing & Validation: Validate invoices and process sales-related billing transactions.
Compliance & Reporting: Prepare TICO sales reports and assist in the compilation of monthly financial reporting packages.
Process Tracking: Review month-end checklists to verify that all general ledger transactions are posted and deadlines are met.
Cross-Departmental Support: Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and broader finance teams to resolve discrepancies and answer accounting inquiries.
