- Location: Chambly
- Hours: Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm
- Salary: ranging from 55k to 60k based on experience, reviewed yearly!
- Insurances: Full insurance package covered at 55% by the employer
- Retirement: RRSP program with a 1% salary match by the employer
Responsibilities
- Dispatch urgent Express pickups and strategically audit pre-scheduled routes to maximize efficiency.
- Track and manage the lifecycle of undelivered packages, returns, and missed pickups, turning logistics hiccups into smooth resolutions.
- Onboard new driver brokers, manage offboarding, and keep the broker network operating at peak perform
- Analyze weekly transit metrics—tracking efficiency, delays, and missed windows—to help us continuously optimize.
- Conduct hands-on truck inspections to ensure total compliance with brand standards, safety equipment, and uniform guidelines.
- Maintain up-to-date databases for fleet vehicles, license plates, broker contacts, and operational files.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, expertly handling inquiries and proactively communicating pickup/delivery updates.
- Investigate delivery errors and partner directly with brokers to implement swift corrective actions.
- Manage weekly banking file updates and financial adjustments with high attention to detail.
Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of experience in logistics or transport sector in dispatch, logistics, administration or customer service
- Excellent organization and priority management
- Good written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Excel and comfort with computer systems
- Ability to work independently and proactively
