Responsibilities
- Frontline Sales Leadership: Lead, mentor, and actively coach the regional sales team through field joint-travel, pipeline reviews, and structured product training.

- P&L and Pipeline Management: Track and forecast regional revenue targets utilizing the corporate CRM, ensuring branch profitability and strict compliance with corporate accounting guidelines.
Qualifications
- Industry Core Requirement: Minimum 3–5+ years of direct business-to-business (B2B) sales experience within the managed print services (MPS), office automation, or copier/printer hardware manufacturing industries.
- Leadership Track Record: Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Team Lead, or Senior Player-Coach with demonstrated success in managing pipeline performance and hiring commercial reps.
- C-Suite Presentation Skills: Sophisticated oral and written communication skills with the ability to confidently pivot value propositions between technical IT personnel, CIOs, and corporate owners.
- Operational Capability: Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite; experience with CRM systems and structured project tools (e.g., Microsoft Planner) is highly valued.
