Responsibilities
- Implement the right equipment hierarchy and maintenance workflow in SAP-PM.
- Conduct UAT sessions and communicate with IT/IS for authorization support, change requests, developments and configuration.
- Manage SAP Procedures and work instructions.
- Make proposal for changes to SAP Systems in order to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Regular SAP use check for smooth flow of work orders.
- Prepare, maintain and manager KPIs and key reports for the Asset Management team.
- Participate in key users meetings and train key users.
- Help key internal users understand master data and other data components stored in SAP.
- Maintain contact with external help desk and update users about the changes to the system.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5 years experience related to SAP/ERP master data entry
- In depth knowledge of SAP-PM and SAP-SRM
- Experience working on ARIBA software
- Proven expertise in creating reports and data analysis
- Possess advance MS Office skills, Access or SQL Database and SharePoint workflow experience
- Knowledge of Battery Materials equipment, systems, and processes is a plus
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Practical knowledge of Asset Management System and work order management in SAP-PM
