Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day support for Workforce Software systems, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any issues that may arise promptly.
• Handle enhancement requests, working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and implement necessary changes effectively.
• Participate in various projects as required, leveraging your expertise to contribute to project success and deliverables.
• Utilize Workforce Formula Language, Crystal Reports, SQL, and JavaScript to customize and optimize system functionalities as per business needs.
• Manage time management and human capital management (HCM) processes, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of workforce data.
• Configure and maintain bank accruals, premiums, TCPs, and Policy Editor settings within Workforce Software, adhering to best practices and compliance standards.
• Develop and debug custom reports based on specific requirements, utilizing your expertise in WFS integration processes, scheduled scripts, and web services to ensure seamless data flow and reporting capabilities.
Qualifications
Mandatory Experience
• Work experience in Workforce Software Time and Attendance for more than 5 years.
• Certified in WFS functional, configuration, integration and reporting practices.
• Should be an expert in using Workforce formula Language, Crystal Reports, SQL and JavaScript.
• Good knowledge of Time management and HCM Process.
• Hands on experience in bank accruals, premiums, TCPs and Policy Editor configurations.
• In depth knowledge of WFS Integration processes including Scheduled Scripts and Web Services.
• Experienced in developing custom reports based on requirements and ability to debug and adjust as needed.
Desired Experience
