Responsibilities
Strategic Value Stream Leadership & Workshop Facilitation
PTP Architecture Governance: Own, design, and optimize the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay values streams, ensuring secure requisitioning, vendor contracting, inventory tracking, and payment processing patterns.
Enterprise Discovery Design: Lead enterprise blueprinting and translation workshops with senior stakeholders to map out functional requirement backlogs and strategic configuration targets.
Methodology Application: Execute software delivery streams in strict accordance with the SAP Activate methodology, preserving continuous compliance, documentation runbooks, and architectural traceabilities.
Cross-Functional Module & Process Integration
Multi-Module SAP Configuration: Oversee configuration rules, master data designs, and business logic across core SAP functional modules (MM, AP Banking, QM, CO Material Costing, and OpenText VIM).
End-to-End Business Validation: Support and optimize complex business processes in scope, including Requisition-to-Procure pipelines, strategic Sourcing Events, Supplier Lifecycle Management, and Supplier Shipments & Quality Integrations.
Financial Data Engineering: Align procurement actions with complex financial parameters, including Material Cost Estimating within the CO block, automated Accounts Payable auditing, and secure outbound third-party banking integrations.
Cross-Functional Synergy: Manage intricate technical interfaces connecting the PTP stream with distributed logistical, financial, and master data infrastructure networks across a large-scale ecosystem.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 10+ years of progressive professional experience operating as an SAP Functional Lead, Solution Architect, or Value Stream Director within complex, large-scale enterprise environments.
Transformation Portfolio: Proven, referenceable track record leading technical configurations for large-scale, multi-year SAP S/4HANA enterprise transformation programs.
Mandatory Functional Scope Mastery: Demonstrated, deep hands-on expertise implementing and supporting all of the following specialized SAP modules:
SAP Materials Management (MM)
SAP Accounts Payable (AP) Banking / Financials
SAP Quality Management (QM)
SAP Controlling (CO) Costing (specifically for material cost estimating/valuation)
SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM / OpenText)
Sector Pedigree: Extensive, direct experience delivering technical software solutions within the Public Sector, Government Agencies, or Defense Industry.
