In this mandate, you will apply your knowledge of Agile and Scaled practices to the program to help the teams. You will also coach the Scrum Masters in the program in order to accelerate the transformation and stabilize our processes.
Our Client operates across Canada. This company takes all reasonable means to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French, and only requires this where it is necessary and its existing bilingual employees are unable to fulfil these job duties.

The position is responsible for the following components:
1. Scaled Delivery & Squad Coaching
● Guide and coach multiple multidisciplinary Squads to implement Scaled Agile practices and principles to deliver high-quality digital/media products.
● Facilitate team-level events ensuring continuous alignment with product vision and sprint goals.
● Maintain team focus, flow, and predictability while embedding rigorous quality standards (100% Definition of Done).
● Build a trusting, safe, and transparent environment focused on continuous improvement, autonomy, and open problem-solving. 2. Enablement & Peer Support across the Agile Practice
● Support, coach, and mentor other Scrum Masters across the enterprise practice, facilitating knowledge sharing, community alignment, and elevating overall scaled agile maturity.
● Collaborate within the Agile & Transformation practice to foster consistency in tooling, team working agreements, and scaled delivery standards.
● Contribute to the continuous refinement, evolution, and local enablement of the organization’s Agile Playbook and transformation practices.
3. Scaled Alignment & Product Operating Model Integration
● Actively participate in program-level orchestration and scaled alignment events (such as PI Planning, Program Syncs, and Cross-Team Demos).
● Partner closely with Product Owners, Tech Leads, Architects, and Agile Delivery Leads to ensure backlog readiness, dependency mapping, and clear priority execution.
● Support the organizational transition from traditional project delivery to a product-led operating model, navigating hybrid environments smoothly when required.
● Identify, surface, and resolve daily impediments and cross-team dependencies, escalating systemic blockers through program governance when needed.
4. Execution & Operationalization of the Product Transformation Approach
● Drive the successful implementation and adoption of the enterprise Product Operating Model by guiding teams through their core transformation steps:
1. Transformation Intent: Align teams and stakeholders on shared business and operational outcomes.
2. Ecosystem Diagnosis & Product Design: Identify flow bottlenecks, dependencies, and value stream friction points.
3. MVP Operating Model Activation: Enable essential agile and product management practices across squads and governance layers.
4. Gap Analysis & Prioritization: Assess current team maturity against target practices and prioritize capability gaps based on value and readiness.
5. Roadmap Execution: Translate prioritized improvement areas into actionable, wave-based transformation increments.
6. Continuous Adaptation: Track adoption metrics, measure progress, and continuously evolve team ways of working.
● Act as a proactive agent of change, breaking down operational silos and fostering a shared product culture across business and technology domains.
● Leverage delivery metrics, visual management boards, and transparent reporting to track agile maturity progression and team performance.

○ Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
○ Minimum of 7 years of experience in large projects, with 3 years in a Scrum Master/Coach role and demonstrated transformation skills.
○ Deep knowledge of agile practices, frameworks, and techniques, including Scaled Agile.
○ Good knowledge of broadcast concepts and conversion projects are an asset
○ Experience with agile planning and development tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence). ○ Ability to lead and coach bilingual/remote teams.
○ Scrum Certification is an asset
○ Bilingualism (English and French) is a requirement.
