Defect Investigation & Resolution: Isolate, investigate, and document complex software bugs resulting from automated runs, collaborating directly with developers to implement technical fixes.
RPA & Intelligent Automation: Configure, build, and deploy end-to-end robotic process automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate (cloud and desktop flows), AI Builder, and Machine Learning models where applicable.
Documentation & Solution Design: Prepare comprehensive Solution Design Documents (SDD), requirement specifications, and technical runbooks to guide ongoing script execution and framework maintenance.
Qualifications
Automation Framework Design: Deep expertise designing, building, and evolving scalable test automation frameworks using Playwright (incorporating Page Object Model, modular, and hybrid architecture patterns) (Strictly Required).
Advanced Scripting & Development: Strong hands-on coding skills in TypeScript or JavaScript to develop, maintain, and troubleshoot complex test automation scripts (Strictly Required).
UI & API Testing Mastery: Proven experience writing and executing automated scripts for both front-end UI interfaces (Playwright) and backend API endpoints (Strictly Required).
Reusable Automation Design: Demonstrated background developing shared test libraries, reusable environment templates, and modular test suites to minimize code duplication (Strictly Required).
Digital Accessibility & AI Integration: Direct experience incorporating accessibility auditing tools (Axe, Lighthouse) and AI utilities into automated test workflows (Strictly Required).
RPA & ML Platform Experience: 5+ years of experience developing and implementing process automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate (cloud/desktop flows, AI Builder) or similar RPA tools.
Full-Stack Development Literacy: Working knowledge of front-end and back-end web technologies (JSON, HTML/CSS, XPath, REST APIs) and relational/NoSQL database platforms.
Soft Skills: Excellent analytical problem-solving, active listening, and technical documentation abilities, with a track record of meeting tight sprint deadlines.
