Responsibilities
-Collaborate closely with business partners to gather, validate, and document detailed, complex business requirements.

-Analyze business needs, evaluate technical solution options, and provide strategic recommendations based on clear pros and cons.
-Maintain comprehensive documentation, including requirements, meeting notes, and change requests.
-Support end-to-end project execution by organizing meetings, coordinating stakeholders, and managing expectations across teams.
-Act as a subject matter contributor to support successful system configurations and platform enhancements.
-Identify process improvement opportunities and proactively address project issues within scope.
-Own QA testing activities, including creating test plans, designing test scenarios/cases, and executing tests.
Qualifications
Must Haves:
-8–10+ years of experience working as a Senior Business Analyst within technology delivery environments.
-Proven expertise in gathering, validating, and documenting complex business requirements.
-Solid experience working within Finance or Financial Systems environments.
-Strong QA experience, including test planning, test case creation, and execution.
-Demonstrated ability to facilitate technical and business discussions and manage stakeholders across all levels.
-Excellent communication, relationship-building, and critical-thinking skills.
-Familiarity with project delivery frameworks and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Nice to Haves:
-Experience with SAP (S/4HANA FICO, MDG, Group Reporting) or PeopleSoft Financials systems.
-General accounting process knowledge.
-Prior experience in a banking or financial services environment.
-Experience supporting large-scale business transformation initiatives.
-Previous experience operating as a QA Lead.
