Our team is seeking a versatile Senior Business Analyst to provide targeted business analysis and operational application support for enterprise CRM and content management platforms during a major cloud transformation. In this role, you will maintain operational service levels across legacy and business applications while coordinating integration validation, release readiness, and capability migration.

Responsibilities
- Elicit, document, and refine business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Facilitate backlog grooming, release planning, and QA test validation across regulated application workflows.
- Conduct impact assessments for system releases, legacy platform retirement planning, and enterprise CRM capability mapping.
- Coordinate data migration, integration validation, and compliance/regulatory scenario reviews.
- Perform daily application monitoring, environment health checks, and configuration audits across enterprise content, reporting, and data quality tools.
- Manage incident triage, bug resolution, root cause analysis (RCA), and change control approvals.
- Support deployment validations, application server maintenance, and security/access reviews.
- Maintain operational runbooks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and alert dashboards.
Qualifications
- Years of hands-on Business Analysis experience in the IT space.
- Active Reliability Status or eligible to obtain prior to contract start.
- Proven experience managing requirements and operations concurrently across multiple complex legacy tools (e.g., legacy CRM, content management, BI, and data quality applications).
- Hands-on proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO) and modern productivity or AI-assisted tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot).
- Strong working knowledge of ITIL-aligned incident, bug triage, change, and release management practices in regulated/controlled environments.
- Demonstrated experience supporting QA activities, test case validation, and release readiness dashboards.
- Self-starter mindset with strong independent problem-solving skills, stakeholder coordination, and clear technical writing abilities.
