Responsibilities
Requirements Elicitation & Analysis: Partner with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and document business and system requirements in large enterprise settings.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with all levels of staff, external customers, and technical IT personnel to ensure alignment on project goals.
Meeting Facilitation: Prepare, lead, and facilitate focused meetings, workshops, and presentations tailored precisely to the technical or business audience.
Analytical Modeling: Apply advanced IT analysis methodologies to map business architectures, including creating comprehensive process flow diagrams.
Strategic Evaluation: Perform detailed option analysis, trend analysis, and feasibility assessments to guide technical and operational decision-making.
Independent Execution: Manage daily deliverables with a high level of self-direction, organizing complex workloads independently to meet strict project milestones.
Documentation & Tooling: Maintain high-quality documentation and artifacts utilizing advanced functionalities within the Microsoft Office desktop product suite.
Qualifications
Core Experience: 5+ years of dedicated business analysis experience within large, complex organizations.
Methodological Expertise: Strong analytical skills with demonstrated proficiency in IT analysis methodologies (e.g., process mapping, data flow charting).
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills; a proven ability to present complex data clearly to executive teams.
Strategic Skills: Solid experience executing technical option analysis and tracking business trend data.
Education: BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of formal education and professional experience).
Technical Software: Advanced proficiency using standard Microsoft Office desktop products.
Nice to Have: Prior experience working within the Public Sector.
