As a senior bridge between business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical teams, you will lead the effort to decompose complex business problems and translate them into complete technical framework specifications. This position demands an analyst who can seamlessly align functional business requirements with corporate enterprise architecture, gating standards, and structured systems development methodologies.

Business Assessment & Requirements Engineering: Lead and conduct business analysis across all phases of the project lifecycle to assess client problems or opportunities and document technical requirements.
Modeling & Diagramming: Design and develop comprehensive architectural and scoping artifacts, including context diagrams, use cases, use case models, process maps, and system diagrams.
Stakeholder Facilitation: Plan, lead, and facilitate in-depth workshops and JAD sessions with business partners and subject matter experts to elicit, review, document, and confirm operational needs.
Business Case & Strategy Development: Research, analyze, and build complete business cases from start to finish, including options analyses, cost-benefit analyses, and feasibility studies for new initiatives.
Process Re-Engineering: Apply advanced re-engineering concepts to promote business improvements through alternative, modern, and cost-effective service delivery approaches.
Architecture Alignment: Evaluate business requirements against enterprise business architectural concepts to ensure that recommended technical solutions and platforms are consistent with corporate standards.
Agile & Lifecycle Support: Formulate functional data requirements, business rules, and user interface design principles, mapping them into user stories and use cases for the development team.
Quality & Traceability Governance: Establish clear project performance measures, compile traceability matrices for downstream validation, and monitor implementation progress to resolve active constraints.
Procurement Support: Participate in formal requests for proposals (RFPs), focusing on client requirements and the objective evaluation of vendor responses.
Production Support & Problem Management: Oversee configuration management and coordinate high-tier problem identification to ensure timely resolution of production issues.

Professional Experience: Proven experience operating as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant, with a track record of successfully delivering medium-sized enterprise projects.
Advanced Diagramming Skills: Demonstrated expertise developing technical artifacts including context diagrams, system diagrams, use case models, process maps, and stakeholder maps.
Strategy & Business Case Mastery: Proven success developing comprehensive business cases from start to finish, paired with hands-on experience conducting structured options analyses and cost-benefit assessments.
Workshop Facilitation: Highly skilled in establishing requirement-gathering processes and leading interactive stakeholder workshops, interviews, and mockup reviews.
Technical & Architectural Acumen
Enterprise Architecture Frameworks: Deep knowledge of corporate I&IT cluster policies, guidelines, gating processes, and enterprise business architecture concepts.
Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC): Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, user interface design principles, database concepts, change management, and quality assurance workflows.
