Business Case Formulation: Develop technical strategies, author comprehensive business cases, perform cost-benefit analyses, and deliver feasibility studies for incoming I&IT initiatives.
Governance & Lifecycle Alignment: Align business analysis artifacts at varying levels of detail with standardized project management methodologies, enterprise gating processes, and system development lifecycles.
Traceability & Performance Metrics: Establish precise traceability matrices and performance measurement systems to evaluate business analysis outcomes and support post-implementation tracking.
Stakeholder Facilitation & Negotiation: Lead consultation loops between business subject matter experts and technical delivery squads, managing scope alterations, ensuring compliance, and securing cross-functional cooperation.

Qualifications
Enterprise Business Analysis Seniority: 10+ years of progressive professional experience serving as an IT Business Analyst Lead, delivering end-to-end requirements engineering within complex systems landscapes.
Advanced Modeling Stack Prowess: Proven hands-on mastery executing business process mapping, use case modeling, conceptual data modeling, and value chain analysis.
Methodology & Framework Fluency: Demonstrated experience operating adaptively across a variety of project environments, including Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Business Strategy & Documentation Depth: Expert capability building comprehensive business cases, cost-benefit analysis matrices, and formal briefing notes suitable for executive decision-makers.
CASE Tool & Artifact Literacy: Practical background utilizing Computer-Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tools to map out, catalog, and document structural project boundaries and technical specifications.
System Lifecycle Familiarity: Sound foundational knowledge of multi-tier software development lifecycles (SDLC), user interface design concepts, database principles, and quality assurance workflows.
