Gather, validate, and document functional, non-functional, and volumetric requirements to support the sizing and selection of modern cloud and SaaS solutions.
Document business needs and conceptual architecture options through business cases, briefing notes, proposals, cost-benefit analyses, and executive presentations.
Apply business process re-engineering concepts to drive operational efficiency through automation, e-forms, digital workflows, eSignatures, and cloud hosting models.
Perform conceptual data modeling, process/data flow mapping, workload capacity analysis, use case surveys, and business rule definitions.
Apply Information Management principles, records classification schemes, and governance policies to inform system designs on enterprise platforms.
Evaluate vendor bids, proposals, and pricing models against core business requirements to determine optimal technical fit.
Develop requirements traceability matrices, performance metrics, acceptance criteria, and comprehensive test plans to support solution validation.
Stakeholder Engagement & Client Relationship Management
Lead stakeholder engagement, intake processes, and relationship management to capture organizational strategies, operational plans, and technology needs.
Develop frameworks, standard processes, and structured templates for intake and requirements gathering (including interviews, workshops, JAD sessions, and UI/UX mockups).
Collaborate across business and IT domains to build a shared understanding of operational constraints, negotiates optimal solution pathways, and qualifies opportunities against strategic priorities.
Present complex business and technology concepts effectively to diverse audiences, ranging from hands-on operational staff to executive decision-makers.
Produce clear communications, guides, and briefing decks outlining business strategies, priorities, and enterprise IT platforms.
Risk Management & Education Delivery
Identify, analyze, and assess program risks, operational issues, and technical dependencies using formal risk management methodologies.
Formulate, evaluate, and implement targeted risk responses, mitigation strategies, and issue resolutions.

Senior BA Experience: 10+ years of hands-on experience performing business analysis for mission-critical services leading to modernization and transformation through IT and Information Management.
Fast-Paced Delivery Track Record: 10+ years of experience delivering high-quality business analysis products and managing tight deadlines across multiple concurrent projects and complex stakeholder environments.
Cloud & SaaS Sizing Expertise: Proven experience assessing business needs, conducting requirements elicitation, and capturing functional, non-functional, and volumetric data to size and select Cloud and Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms.
Framework & Engagement Design: Demonstrated success developing structured engagement frameworks, intake models, and requirements tools (interviews, JAD sessions, workshops, mockups).
