Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate and Azure services.
• Collaborate with technical teams and project stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable automation solutions.
• Integrate automated processes with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, and custom API connectors.
• Build agentic workflows combining artificial intelligence, operational steps, and enterprise business processes.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing automated solutions, production workflows, and system incidents.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation, support procedures, and knowledge transfer materials for internal teams.
• Ensure all developed solutions align with client security, governance, architecture, and operational support standards.
Qualifications
• 6 to 8 years of experience in software application development with at least 6 years focused on Microsoft Power Platform.
• 3 or more years of hands-on experience managing ALM, environment management, and DevOps practices.
• Proven experience integrating solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Azure services.
• Experience building solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Azure OpenAI, or generative AI technologies.
• 5 or more years of experience applying Power Platform Center of Excellence standards, governance, and security controls.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications including PL-900, PL-400, AZ-104, or AZ-900 are considered an asset and applicants who hold these will be given preference.
