Responsibilities

2. Coordinate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities for assets.
3. Perform a first-pass review of routine financial activities for accuracy and compliance.
4. Assist with quarterly audits, annual tax requirements, and external reports.
5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve operational and finance processes.
6. Develop, implement, communicate, and monitor changes to p rocesses.
7. Identify new approaches to address client issues, providing top-notch service independently.
8. Interpret and decipher operational reporting for timely decision-making.
Qualifications
1. Fully designated Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) in Canada.
2. Five (5) or more years of progressive financial analysis experience in a capital-intensive environment.
3. Proficiency in financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
4. Strong knowledge of IFRS accounting standards/policy, particularly regarding capitalization and derecognition.
5. Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP financial systems.
