Responsibilities
As a Senior Financial Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
- Full Cycle & Allocation Modeling: Participate in the full financial cycle (calculations, validations, follow-ups) and update revenue sharing and tax allocation models.
- Tax Support & Compliance: Prepare tax slips/statements and ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations (partnership structure context).
- Financial Analysis: Produce and analyze performance reports (revenues, productivity, work in progress/WIP, billing, and collections).
- Internal Collaboration: Act as the key point of contact to address financial information requests from partners.
Qualifications
For this Senior Financial Analyst role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
- Education & Designation: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or CPA designation; a CPA is a strong asset.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in an audit firm and/or professional services.
- Core Skills: Hands-on experience in corporate accounting and tax.
- Soft Skills: A true team player who is detail-oriented and naturally curious.
- Language Skills: Fluent in French with professional proficiency in English required (English is essential, as the role involves close collaboration with subsidiaries outside of Quebec).
