Responsibilities
• Considered a fully qualified project coordinator. Works within established guidelines
• Research, document and maintain core project data
• Assist the Project Manager with project reporting and documentation requirements
• Plan and coordinate project activities for timely completions.
• Collaborate with IS technical resources and IS SME’s to assign appropriate activities, negotiate schedules and complete documentation
• Manage IS Change Management and data tracking requirements for the project
• Act as the point of contact and communicate to appropriate work stream participants
• Attend and/or lead project meetings and follow-up with outstanding tasks.
• Work with Project Manager and IS Communications regarding any business wide impact activities
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Information Technology.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project coordination or management roles, demonstrating a track record of successful project delivery.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project or Asana, to effectively plan, coordinate, and track project activities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and effectively lead project teams.
• Proven ability to think strategically and make sound decisions independently, coupled with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
