Responsibilities
Lead the evaluation, architectural integration, and enterprise-wide rollout of next-generation automated penetration testing and AI Red Teaming platforms.
Architect and implement specialized AI-agent frameworks designed to automate web application vulnerability assessments and threat simulations.
Analyze technical attack vectors, networking protocols, and modern exploitation methods to fine-tune automated security toolings.
Partner with cross-functional technical teams to optimize vulnerability scanning processes and offensive security workflows.
Keep pace with emerging AI cybersecurity tools (such as XBOW-type solutions) and rapidly adapt them to match complex environment needs.
Qualifications
10+ years of hands-on technical experience in ethical hacking, Red Teaming, or offensive security operations.
Proven track record of deploying and scaling complex cybersecurity testing and vulnerability assessment platforms within enterprise settings.
Deep foundational knowledge of network architectures, protocols, security mechanisms, and automated exploitation techniques.
Demonstrated passion and adaptability for emerging AI technologies, machine-learning security agents, and autonomous pentesting tools.
Our client operates in Canada. The company takes all reasonable steps to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French, and only requires it when necessary and its existing bilingual employees are unable to perform these duties. Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in English (both spoken and written). In particular, this position will require the employee to interact with centralized internal departments (e.g., Operations / HR / Finance / Legal / Contracts / Sales) that support the organization in Canada and that do not speak French.
