As a principal architect, you will bridge the gap between high-level enterprise strategies and complex functional implementations. Operating within a hybrid model, you will provide senior technical expertise to lead technical squads through the entire project lifecycle, optimize platform configurations, and resolve significant system integration challenges to meet critical operational requirements.

Integration Resolution: Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve highly complex integration and technical constraints across multiple intersecting enterprise applications and systems.
Process Optimization: Evaluate existing system designs and modules to identify and suggest continuous improvement opportunities to elevate platform functionality.
Strategic Advisory & Options Analysis: Analyze, prioritize, and manage technical issues, providing structured options, impact analyses, and strategic recommendations to project leadership.
Governance & Standards Management: Support the formulation, evaluation, and rollout of architecture policies, technical standards, guidelines, and engineering best practices.
Stakeholder Forum Facilitation: Coordinate joint architectural reviews and design sessions, translating complex infrastructure configurations into clear business outcomes for diverse stakeholder groups.

Core Technical & Architectural Requirements
Technical Project Leadership: Proven experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams through advanced analysis, system design, and execution for the entirety of an enterprise project lifecycle.
PeopleSoft Upgrade Mastery: In-depth, hands-on architectural knowledge and delivery experience executing enterprise-tier PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 upgrades.
Interface Architecture Acumen: Extensive knowledge of the PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 suite, specifically regarding the design, configuration, and constraints of Fluid and Classic Plus user interfaces.
Functional Module Depth: Comprehensive understanding of functional core modules within enterprise HCM systems, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Benefits Administration, Absence Management, and Time & Labour.
Systems Analysis & Integration: Strong experience in systems analysis, business process mapping, and resolving multi-application linkage issues using modern integration strategies.
Consultative & Professional Skills
Structured Framework Design: Demonstrated success developing architecture solutions aligned with complex, multi-year plans spanning multiple internal and external stakeholder networks.
