As a principal solutions designer, you will evaluate existing system landscapes, map out target-state architectures, and deliver scalable enterprise designs using standard frameworks. Operating entirely onsite, you will translate intricate operational requirements into robust front-end and back-end technical blueprints, ensuring seamless multi-service system integrations, top-tier security compliance, and exceptional platform performance.

Requirements Engineering: Gather and analyze client business requirements, corporate information mandates, and strategic IT environment standards to translate them into scalable infrastructure blueprints.
Lifecycle Implementation: Plan, migrate, implement, and sustain large, complex CRM development initiatives across integrated, multi-service environments.
Technical Specification Engineering: Prepare precise technical specifications for system installation, integration, testing, and performance validation.
Security & Recovery Architecture: Build leading-edge design criteria, data security rules, and backup/recovery procedures into core multi-service system designs.
Cost-Benefit Analysis: Conduct structured conceptual and cost-benefit evaluations for new technology requirements to support long-term investment options.
Technical Documentation Ownership: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, solution blueprints, and detailed architecture designs.
Stakeholder Advisement: Provide data-driven advice on short- and long-term CRM service development activities, explaining solution trade-offs clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
Core Technical & CRM Requirements
Siebel CRM Expertise: 10+ years of proven, hands-on experience designing and developing large, complex Siebel CRM solutions that meet defined business requirements.
Systems Evaluation Tenure: 10+ years of dedicated experience evaluating system capacity, conditions, scalability, and technical performance for major enterprise environments.
Platform & Stack Mastery: Deep structural knowledge of core CRM applications, including supporting operating systems, messaging standards, database technologies, programming languages, and communication protocols.
Migration & Sustainability: Demonstrated experience planning and executing data migrations, platform upgrades, and high-availability implementations for enterprise systems.
Infrastructure Security: Solid understanding of enterprise directory services, access management controls, and robust recovery frameworks.
Methodologies & Professional Skills
Strategic Consultation: Proven ability to gather client business requirements and align solution designs with corporate I&IT information mandates and long-term strategic plans.
Framework Familiarity: Working knowledge of formal project management methodologies (such as PMBOK) and structured analytical workflows.
