Responsibilities
Lead comprehensive product planning and execution throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
Gather, analyze, and prioritize business, technical, and customer requirements to define product vision and strategic roadmaps.
Translate high-level strategy into detailed Market Requirements Documents (MRDs), Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), and prototypes.
Scope and prioritize development activities based on business value, customer impact, and strategic priorities.
Partner closely with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure rapid time-to-market and efficient resource utilization.
Drive internal buy-in and external partner alignment around the product vision, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
Coordinate and lead product launch activities alongside executive leadership, marketing, and delivery teams.
Manage beta and pilot programs for early-stage product concepts, incorporating direct user feedback to refine features and address market gaps.
Evaluate competitive landscapes, market trends, and third-party partnership or licensing opportunities.
Serve as a primary product evangelist to articulate value propositions and gather user insights directly from stakeholders.
Qualifications
Senior Product Management Experience: Proven track record as a Product/Senior Product Manager leading product strategy, roadmap planning, and feature prioritization.
Requirements & Artifact Delivery: Extensive experience crafting comprehensive MRDs and PRDs with prioritized feature backlogs, specifications, and business justifications.
Agile Engineering Alignment: Demonstrated success collaborating with engineering teams to deliver high-quality software releases within tight timelines.
Pilot & Market Execution: Proven experience running beta and pilot programs, conducting competitive analyses, and evaluating third-party licensing or partnership opportunities.
Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication, presentation, and client-relationship skills with a track record of managing competing priorities.
Nice-to-Have Assets:
Hands-on experience managing or delivering projects involving Artificial Intelligence (AI) or machine learning capabilities.
Prior product management experience within public sector or broader public-sector enterprise environments.
