Stakeholder & Vendor Alignment: Facilitate seamless communication channels across all organizational levels, effectively influencing business partners, executive leadership, and major vendors.
Strategic Roadmap Planning: Apply critical thinking and strategic planning to translate complex technology goals into actionable, dependency-mapped program schedules.
Technical System Support: Leverage specialized asset management platform insights to guide system configurations, tracking, and process optimizations.

Qualifications
Core Procurement & Methodology Requirements
Public Procurement Domain: 10+ years of hands-on experience in public procurement and contract administration within government jurisdictions or large-scale private sector organizations.
Framework Mastery: 10+ years of extensive experience utilizing traditional and innovative project management processes across Agile, Waterfall, and iterative methods.
Asset Management Platform: Direct experience working with the Maximo platform is mandatory.
IT Procurement Depth: Over 5 years of dedicated IT Procurement experience managing technical acquisitions and vendor selections.
Technical & Operational Skills
Cyber Security Awareness: Strong IT knowledge with an understanding of modern cyber threats, technology trends, and landscape relevance.
Tooling & Administration: Advanced proficiency with enterprise tools that support process management, collaboration, and formal planning development.
Public Sector Acumen: Proven experience operating within public sector jurisdictions, with a clear understanding of public funding, auditing, and governance rules.
