Executive Reporting & Analytics: Consolidate data from diverse workstreams to author recurring and ad-hoc leadership reporting products, including executive summaries, KPI dashboards, and briefing materials.
Change Management Leadership: Apply formal change management methodologies and practices to support the adoption of new processes, delivery structures, and ways of working across interconnected, cross-functional teams.
Financial & Resource Stewardship: Support financial and operational planning by maintaining deep visibility into budget usage, team capacity, resourcing needs, and long-term forecasting constraints.
RAID Management: Track, analyze, and manage program-level risks, issues, dependencies, decisions (RAID logs), and action items, ensuring timely escalation and strategic mitigation.
Stakeholder Engagement & Facilitation: Lead committee facilitation and partner engagement workshops, bridging collaboration across clinical, business, and technical domains.
Operational Optimization: Identify operational gaps, bottlenecks, and coordination challenges across the portfolio, providing structured analysis and practical recommendations to strengthen execution.
Forum Support & Momentum Coordination: Facilitate governance forums and working sessions through precise agenda planning, inputs coordination, and rigorous tracking of action items and commitments.
Strategic Leadership Support: Provide executive-level operational support to the leadership team, including priority tracking and document preparation to maximize capacity and maintain momentum.
Qualifications
Core Program & Healthcare Requirements
Industry Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in program management, multi-workstream delivery, or portfolio oversight within healthcare or digital health environments.
Healthcare Data Standards: Strong knowledge and practical application of healthcare data standards and terminologies, including HL7 FHIR®, SNOMED CT®, and LOINC®.
Governance & Artifact Engineering: Proven success developing comprehensive program governance artifacts, including integrated schedules, dependency maps, RAID logs, and financial budget tracking tools.
Change Management Depth: Demonstrated experience applying formal change management methodologies to drive operational optimization, behavioral change, and delivery structure adoption across complex ecosystems.
Stakeholder Facilitation: Elite partner engagement skills with a track record of leading committee workshops across technical, clinical, and business domains.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Information, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
Technical & Operational Skills
Regional Landscape Acumen: Solid understanding of Healthcare Information Systems and the broader digital standards landscape (regional, national, and international).
Business Analytics & Systems: Proficient in business process analysis, workflow optimization documentation, data analysis, and the solution development lifecycle (SDLC).
