Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day delivery coordination across cross-functional business, data engineering, analytics, architecture, privacy, security, vendor, and operational teams to achieve targeted data outcomes.
Establish and execute formal stakeholder engagement frameworks, integrated communication paths, and corporate governance plans.
Develop, monitor, and maintain delivery performance measures and KPIs to track platform adoption progress and capture continuous improvement opportunities.
Direct program strategy from inception through delivery, operational transition, benefits identification, funding alignment, and knowledge transfer.
Risk Management & Operations Leadership
Document, manage, and track integrated program risks, issues, assumptions, decisions, and internal/external dependencies across component projects.
Facilitate regular risk and dependency reviews alongside project squads to isolate environment blockers, formulate mitigation strategies, and prepare executive status reports.
Ensure program delivery is cost-effective, efficient, and fully compliant with established public sector I&IT project methodologies, standards, and gating frameworks.
Direct, manage, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams and matrixed resources across platform adoption, data pipeline delivery, analytics enablement, and operational readiness.
Support budget planning, forecasting, and detailed reporting across multiple funding channels, workstreams, and organizational dependencies.
Supervise the development and communication of program-related updates, governance materials, briefing notes, and executive presentations.

Qualifications
Core Requirements & Public Sector Experience
Professional Program Tenure: 10+ years of progressive experience successfully managing complex I&IT programs within the public sector or Broader Public Sector (BPS) environment.
Healthcare Domain Expertise: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience delivering large, complex public sector health-related IT projects and programs.
Methodology Mastery: Deep theoretical and practical handling of project and program management methodology, standards, and techniques (PMI, PMBOK, and public sector I&IT methodologies).
