Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Leadership: Direct end-to-end project management across large-scale, complex, and high-risk enterprise technology projects to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
Scope & Schedule Control: Define, sequence, and manage integrated project workplans, critical path milestones, resource allocations, and project schedules.
Risk & Financial Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues while managing project budgets, financial forecasts, and cost-benefit analyses.
Technical Documentation Governance: Oversee the creation, distribution, and maintenance of comprehensive technical documentation, project charters, guides, and architectural frameworks.
Infrastructure & Platform Alignment: Coordinate project delivery across diverse computing platforms, including Oracle Databases, Unix/Linux operating systems, Windows Servers, WebLogic/IIS application servers, and mainframe environments.
Stakeholder & Vendor Engagement: Facilitate ongoing communication, status reporting, and decision-making forums with business leads, technical specialists, and external vendors.
Quality Assurance & Process Improvement: Recommend revisions to project frameworks, scope changes, and documentation standards to optimize project execution and governance.
Qualifications
Project Management Seniority: 10+ years of dedicated project management experience leading large-scale enterprise technology initiatives (Strictly Required).
Triple Constraint Mastery: Proven track record managing project scope, schedules, financial costs, resources, and risk mitigation strategies (Strictly Required).
Technical Documentation Expertise: 10+ years of experience authoring, reviewing, and maintaining comprehensive technical and project documentation (Strictly Required).
Enterprise Tech Stack Knowledge: Demonstrated experience delivering projects across Oracle Databases, Unix/Linux, Windows Server platforms, WebLogic/IIS application servers, or mainframe environments (Strictly Required).
Financial & Analytical Capability: Hands-on experience developing cost-benefit analyses and financial tracking models.
Nice-to-Have Assets:
Prior experience delivering IT project management within public sector environments.
