Responsibilities
Strategic Operating & Roadmap Management: Develop, maintain, and report on operating plans, execution roadmaps, workback schedules, milestones, and cross-project dependencies.
Portfolio & Delivery Oversight: Oversee multiple concurrent digital transformation and customer experience initiatives, tracking progress, timelines, risks, and benefits realization.
Executive Reporting & Briefings: Synthesize complex project data to author executive briefing notes, status dashboards, strategic presentations, and leadership updates for executive governance bodies.
Governance Forum Facilitation: Lead project management and governance forums, managing meeting agendas, action logs, decision tracking, issue escalations, and mitigation discussions.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Alignment: Facilitate collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, clinical stakeholders, external partners, and vendors to ensure project alignment with broader business priorities.
Procurement & Vendor Administration: Facilitate vendor procurement processes, contract onboarding, deliverable tracking, invoice reviews, and vendor performance management.
Risk, Dependency & Change Management: Maintain comprehensive RAID logs, track cross-initiative dependencies, design risk mitigation plans, and support organizational change management and stakeholder readiness.
Performance Tracking & Project Close-Out: Coordinate performance metrics reporting, KPI tracking, lessons learned documentation, knowledge transfer, and project closure evaluations.
Qualifications
Progressive Project Management Seniority: 7-10 years of progressive project management experience leading complex, cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives within large organizations (Strictly Required).
Advanced Program Governance & Delivery: Expertise across the full project lifecycle, including scheduling, dependency mapping, risk/issue management, resource coordination, and execution oversight (Strictly Required).
Executive Communication & Reporting: Exceptional experience developing executive briefings, strategic roadmaps, status dashboards, governance materials, and briefing packages (Strictly Required).
Stakeholder & Vendor Collaboration: Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups, executive leadership, external partners, and facilitate vendor/contract management workflows (Strictly Required).
Tooling Proficiency: Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint) and familiarity with productivity tools like Copilot (Strictly Required).
Nice-to-Have Assets:
Recognized project management certifications (PMP, Agile, Scrum).
Prior project or program management experience within healthcare, digital health, or complex public sector environments.
