In this high-visibility Agile leadership role, you will be responsible for driving delivery excellence, operational predictability, and team velocity across three Scrum teams and two Kanban teams. You will support a broad range of cloud platform engineering, governance, security, operations, FinOps, and platform enablement initiatives. Partnering closely with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, Solution Architects, and executive business stakeholders, you will manage cross-team dependencies, eliminate delivery blockers, and mature Lean-Agile delivery practices across the cloud ecosystem.
Duration: 6-Month Contract (with high potential for extension)
Work Arrangement: Mostly Remote (with flexibility required to be on-site up to 2 days per week as needed)

Responsibilities
Multi-Team Agile Execution: Lead day-to-day Agile execution and facilitate all core ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives, Refinement, and PI Planning) for 3 Scrum and 2 Kanban squads.
Dependency & Risk Management: Proactively identify, track, and resolve cross-team dependencies, risks, operational blockers, and escalation paths across platform initiatives.
Agile Coaching & Enablement: Coach teams, Product Owners, and engineering leads on Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Agile best practices to foster continuous improvement and organizational maturity.
Delivery Metrics & Predictability: Track, analyze, and optimize delivery metrics—including velocity, throughput, cycle time, predictability, and flow efficiency—to improve forecasting and capacity planning.
Stakeholder Reporting & Alignment: Partner with Product Management to maintain healthy, prioritized backlogs while delivering transparent reporting and status communications to leadership.
Qualifications
Agile Delivery Experience: 8+ years of professional Agile delivery experience working with multiple technology teams in complex environments.
Scrum Master Leadership: 5+ years of dedicated experience acting as a Scrum Master supporting multiple Scrum and Kanban teams simultaneously.
Technology Domain Familiarity: Proven track record supporting cloud platforms, infrastructure, DevOps, platform engineering, or enterprise IT delivery organizations.
Facilitation & Stakeholder Skills: Exceptional facilitation, conflict resolution, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to influence without direct authority.
Preferred Assets & Certifications
Active Agile certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM), or PMI-ACP.
Direct experience operating within Azure Cloud Platform environments.
Practical experience using enterprise Agile planning tools such as Jira, Jira Align, or Azure DevOps (ADO).
Familiarity with cloud governance, FinOps, operational excellence, and modern platform engineering practices.
