Responsibilities
Technical Application Development: Translate technical specifications into robust, maintainable code; develop detailed programming specs; and build custom applets, views, screens, and business logic layers.
Enterprise Application Integration: Design, develop, and maintain complex data integration pipelines using Enterprise Integration Manager (EIM), Enterprise Application Integration (EAI), and Web APIs connecting core CRM platforms with external systems, J2EE environments, and digital content platforms.
UI & Open UI Customization: Customize physical models, presentation models, manifest mappings, and web templates using Open UI architecture, HTML5, CSS, jQuery, and JavaScript.
Analytics & Report Engineering: Design, build, and deploy enterprise reporting and business intelligence solutions using OBIEE and Power BI.
Testing, Migration & Defect Resolution: Perform unit testing, code debugging, system migration support, and root-cause analysis for technical issues across environments.
System Administration & Governance: Manage migration applications, administer approval workflows, and ensure development activities align with software development standards and quality controls.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with business analysts, solution leads, and QA teams throughout the SDLC to conduct design walkthroughs, review specifications, and ensure successful deployment.
Qualifications
Enterprise CRM Configuration & Development: 10+ years of technical experience in configuration, design, development, and integration using Siebel CRM technologies (Strictly Required).
Enterprise Systems Integration: 5+ years of experience integrating Siebel with Adobe AEM, J2EE, and related enterprise platforms (Strictly Required).
EIM/EAI Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on experience utilizing Siebel EIM and EAI for data movement, interface design, and integration (Strictly Required).
BI & Report Engineering: Demonstrated experience designing and developing enterprise reports and dashboards using OBIEE and Power BI (Strictly Required).
Modern Web Technologies: Hands-on proficiency with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery to support custom web template and Open UI development (Strictly Required).
Nice-to-Have Assets:
Hands-on experience with Siebel IP18, Open UI Architecture (Physical/Presentation Models), or Siebel 8.x+ Certification.
Prior software development experience within a public sector environment, transfer payment models, or Grants Management platforms.
Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, PL/SQL, or Java Application Development Framework (ADF).
