Responsibilities
Technical Solution Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of enterprise COTS and digital content solutions, creating high-level application flows, system topologies, and hosting service designs.
Requirements & Design Documentation: Develop business design documents, functional and non-functional requirements specifications, business rules definitions, and CRUD matrix visibility models.
UI/UX & Prototyping: Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and screen flows using prototyping tools (such as Figma or Adobe XD); map process steps directly to software application views.
User Research & Accessibility: Incorporate user-centered design practices, user personas, journey maps, and usability feedback into technical solutions while ensuring strict compliance with WCAG/AODA accessibility guidelines.
Business Architecture Artifacts: Create and update enterprise business architecture artifacts, alignment diagrams, and capability models.
Quality Assurance & Testing Strategy: Author comprehensive quality assurance plans, test strategies, UAT scenarios, and test cases to validate solutions prior to deployment.
Stakeholder Bridge: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical development teams, presenting innovative design concepts and resolving complex technical challenges.
Qualifications
Enterprise Platform Architecture: 7+ years of experience designing solutions with Oracle Siebel CRM or Adobe AEM technologies (Strictly Required).
Implementation Experience: 7+ years of hands-on experience in Siebel and Adobe AEM solution implementations (Strictly Required).
Functional Design & Requirements: Proven track record authoring business design documents, functional/non-functional requirements, and high-level application flows (Strictly Required).
Functional Architecture & Modeling: Demonstrated experience creating detailed process flows, functional design specifications, and business architecture artifacts (Strictly Required).
UI Prototyping & Accessibility: Hands-on experience developing wireframes/mockups using tools like Figma or Adobe XD, aligned with WCAG/AODA accessibility standards (Strictly Required).
Nice-to-Have Assets:
Prior solution design experience within a public sector or broader public sector environment.
Experience with Public Sector Transfer Payment or Grant Management models.
Working knowledge of Oracle Policy Automation (OPA) / Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA) platforms.
