As a principal architectural authority, you will evaluate existing application landscapes and design modern target state solutions that bridge complex backend environments with seamless, customer-centric frontends. Operating within a hybrid model, you will translate intricate business objectives into robust, scalable technical blueprints while establishing close alignment across cross-functional engineering teams, vendors, and business leaders.

Strategic Solution Design: Create comprehensive solution architecture designs, system component maps, and integration patterns that explicitly align with overarching business goals.
Platform & Framework Selection: Evaluate and recommend industry-popular web platforms, modern development frameworks, and cloud-native solutions to optimize application performance.
Integration Engineering: Architect secure, high-throughput integration layers, specifying technical middleware patterns and RESTful API structures to link distributed enterprise systems.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management: Lead consensus-building initiatives across technical and non-technical teams, translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business strategies.
Technical Documentation Ownership: Author and maintain rigorous technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, configuration specifications, deployment procedures, and knowledge base articles.
Governance & Delivery Support: Provide technical oversight to cross-functional project teams during implementation phases, validating that build configurations adhere to established standards.

Core Technical & Platform Requirements
Architectural Leadership: At least 10 years of progressive solution architecture experience in a leadership capacity, successfully navigating complex, large-scale technology environments.
Salesforce Ecosystem Depth: Direct knowledge and hands-on architecture experience with the Salesforce platform, including specialized layers such as Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Agentforce.
Integration & Middleware Design: Proven expertise in system integration, enterprise data sharing patterns, and integration architecture design via middleware and APIs.
Web Frameworks: Strong knowledge of industry-popular web platforms, cloud topologies, and front-end/back-end modern framework patterns.
Delivery & Professional Skills
Technical Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with a polished ability to build consensus, manage client deliverables, and convey technical realities clearly to both developer and non-technical executive groups.
Documentation Excellence: Demonstrated experience producing high-quality architectural artifacts, specification sheets, and detailed data flow diagrams.
Analytical Problem Solving: Sharp critical thinking skills and an attention to detail necessary to work independently and balance shifting priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Education: Post-secondary education in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or an equivalent blend of formal education and professional experience.
