Working closely with executive leadership, architects, and cross-functional delivery teams, you will ensure enterprise platforms remain secure, cost-effective, and aligned with organizational objectives.
Location: Toronto, ON (Fully Onsite – 5 days/week required)
Duration: 11-month contract.

Responsibilities
Platform Product Management: Direct product strategies, business cases, service evolution plans, and multi-year roadmaps for complex cloud services, data/analytics platforms, and hosting environments.
Requirements Elicitation & Analysis: Lead senior business analysis efforts to elicit, analyze, document, validate, and manage business and technical requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Service Operationalization & Governance: Plan and coordinate service design, operational readiness, and governance frameworks to successfully transition new cloud and platform services into production environments.
Cloud & Infrastructure Advisory: Provide strategic guidance across IaaS, PaaS, public cloud (AWS, Azure), and on-premises infrastructure platforms to support enterprise modernization initiatives.
Stakeholder & Executive Engagement: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, decision-ready presentations, risk registers, and progress reports for senior leadership.
Investment Planning & Risk Management: Track dependencies, manage competing priorities, evaluate technical trade-offs, and align platform investments with overall business outcomes.
Qualifications
Technical Architecture & BA Seniority: Senior-level experience as a Technical Architect with a strong business analysis background or as a Senior IT Business Analyst focused on cloud services and enterprise platforms (Strictly Required).
Platform Product Management: Demonstrated experience in platform product management, developing product strategies, business cases, and multi-year roadmaps for complex cloud services, data platforms, or hosting environments (Strictly Required).
Requirements Elicitation & Management: Proven experience eliciting, analyzing, documenting, validating, and managing business and technical requirements across complex IT initiatives (Strictly Required).
Cloud Platforms (IaaS/PaaS/AWS/Azure): Hands-on experience and deep architectural understanding of IaaS, PaaS, AWS, and Azure cloud environments (Strictly Required).
Product Operationalization: Proven track record planning and coordinating service design, operational readiness, and governance frameworks to bring platform products into production.
Large Enterprise Navigation: Demonstrated experience delivering product management or advisory services within large enterprise environments, navigating complex matrixed governance structures.
