Responsibilities
• Design and build integration solutions using Tibco BW, EMS, and related tools.
• Guide complete delivery cycles including the analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of services.
• Partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements and build scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure high availability across platforms.
• Monitor system performance and maintain technical documentation and integration flows.
• Manage assigned tasks independently while prioritizing multiple deadlines.
• Provide clear status updates on deliverables to cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
• Five years of recent experience developing TIBCO integration solutions including BW5 or BW6.
• Strong background in Service Oriented Architecture and REST services using XML and JSON.
• Proven development experience with Java and relational databases like Oracle.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities independently.
• Familiarity with version control systems like GIT or TFS and multi-tiered environments.
