Responsibilities
- Receive service requests calls and dispatch technicians
- Enter all relevant information for customer billing purposes
- Ensure follow-up with received request, ensuring drivers are satisfied
- Guide other dispatchers
- Process requests for truck repairs, coordination with mechanics
- Maintain positive relationship with all truckers/drivers and internal team
- Perform all other related tasks
Qualifications
- French and English bilingualism (mandatory)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and be flexible with work assignments.
- 3 years working in a trucking industry (parts, repairs, transport)
- Mechanical knowledge (asset but not necessary)
