Responsibilities
Manage the receiving and shipping of goods according to aerospace standards (AS9100);
Verify the accuracy of delivery slips and inspect the physical condition of incoming parts;
Prepare customs documentation and shipping waybills for international transit;
Accurately enter inventory data into the ERP system;
Coordinate with the Quality Department to validate certificates of conformity (CoC).
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in shipping/receiving (manufacturing or industrial sector);
Technical Skills: Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office (specifically Excel);
Assets: Valid forklift operator certification (Sit-down or Reach) and knowledge of Dangerous Goods (hazmat) regulations;
Sharp organizational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to read technical documents in English (French is an asset);
Unwavering commitment to occupational health and safety standards.
