This role serves as a key interface between Projects and Operations, with a significant focus on managing warranty obligations during project transition and throughout the asset lifecycle. The position ensures effective coordination, administration, and resolution of OEM, EPC, and supplier warranty claims to protect commercial entitlements and support asset performance.

Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities:
Warranty Management & Project Transition:
Lead SCM activities related to project-to-operations transition, ensuring all warranty terms and documentation are transferred.
Act as primary SCM interface for warranty matters between Projects, Operations, OEMs, EPCs, and secondary suppliers.
Coordinate and manage OEM and EPC warranty claims.
Track, maintain documentation, and provide reporting for all warranty claims.
Manage full lifecycle of warranty claims through closure.
Contract & Supplier Management:
Interpret and administer contracts to ensure warranty provisions are enforced.
Negotiate warranty-related disputes and settlements.
Manage supplier performance and relationships as related to warranty.
Operational Support:
Support asset reliability and provide warranty SME support.
Assist procurement processes and coordinate with Legal, Project, and other internal teams managing Project transition.
Support the Operational Spares procurement from initial identification, sourcing through delivery ensuring parts are available for Operation turnover
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management.
7+ years of SCM experience; preferably in Vendor Management, Supplier Relationship Management or Warranty Management
Experience in review, negotiation, and execution of Supply contracts.
Renewables experience (5+ years preferred)
