Responsibilities
• Coordinate order releases and shipping instructions with warehouses.
• Schedule and follow up on appointments and deliveries.
• Maintain operational dashboards and track order status.
• Review and validate shipping documents (BOLs/PODs).
• Investigate inventory, delivery, and shipment discrepancies.
• Coordinate damage claims and inventory adjustments.
• Support monthly audits and invoicing readiness.
• Participate in warehouse performance reviews and process improvements.
• Support logistics quoting and warehouse onboarding for new programs.
Qualifications
Position Requirements
• Must be fluent in English (written/spoken) as most dealings are with US market
• English-speaking internal and external [clients/partners/employees] located outside Quebec on a [daily/regular] basis
• Detail-oriented and have an analytical and problem-solving mindset
• 2-4 years of experience in Supply Chain or Logistics
• Good, clear communicator in person, via telephone and email
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Ability to work independently and on a team
• Resourceful and organized
• Has a good sense of judgment
• Team player in a very collaborative, open environment
• Must work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment with deadlines
• Computer skills: Excel-Outlook-Word, prior SAPB1 experience an asset
